First, we acquire homes directly from banks and lending institutions.
Second, we partner with investors who participate in our Equity Share Investment Plan.
Third, we find families who will become a Lease with an Option to Buy Home, leasee.
While moving into a Lease with an Option to Buy Home is an exciting and important part of the process, our work has just begun.
Before you select a home, we review your housing request, employment history, income and credit. This is where we formulate an action plan. When followed, this action plan is what allows us to successfully exercise your option and make you the new homeowner of record. In some cases this is done in as little as 6 months. In most cases, the process takes between 12 and 24 months. This is usually the time needed to put the families credit in order and to acquire the necessary equity for purchase.
