Step #2: We will send you an application packet, list of current homes and forms to complete including an Application Checklist.
Step #3: Make sure you send copies of requested information by mail or fax to:
(209) 476-0220. (Please do not send originals)
Step #4: We will schedule a telephone interview to review and validate your application.
Step #5: You will be placed on the Approved Application Roster. Once a home in your area that meets your housing request if available, you will be notified for a walk through and investor interview.
Step #6: If both you and investor agree on terms, we will draft Lease Option Contract and schedule your move-in date.

However, we must also protect the investors who will provide your financing. The above documentation is not requested with the intent to disqualify you. The requested documentation is necessary to show an adequate picture of your financial history and current condition. It will serve as a guide for future credit repair solutions. Ultimately, this will enable us to partner you with the right home and the right investor.
